Our canapés are ordered by the dozen, which makes them straightforward to scale once you know your headcount and how long the drinks hour runs. Alongside them, display options like the Gourmet Cheese Board and the Filled Whole Baked Brie give a table something people come back to. This part of the menu does most of its work at weddings and private events, though it turns up just as often at office celebrations and holiday parties.

Canapés are ordered by the dozen and suit a drinks hour where people are standing and moving. Display trays and boards hold a room for longer and need less attention.
How much to order
For a reception before a meal, plan lighter. For an event where hors d'oeuvres are the meal, plan considerably heavier. Tell us which it is and we will help you land on numbers.
Boards and brie
The Gourmet Cheese Board and the Filled Whole Baked Brie ($49.99, serves 20 to 30) work as centrepieces on a table people return to across the evening.
Dietary requirements
Items are marked gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan on the menu. At a standing event where guests cannot ask about every tray, tell us in advance and we will label clearly.
Delivery and setup
We deliver and set up throughout Centennial and the greater Denver metro area. A delivery fee applies based on the mileage to your venue.
Lead time
Book as early as you can for a wedding or a large reception. Dates fill, and an early conversation gives us room to build the selection around the evening.
