Weddings & Private Events
Wedding Catering, Centennial & Denver Metro
Formal buffets, passed hors d'oeuvres and Italian menus for weddings across the Denver metro area, built on the same scratch-made cooking we have served since the early 1980s.
Menu Highlights
Food your guests will remember
Everything is prepared from scratch by our own culinary team. Wedding menus are usually built from our cold and hot buffets, with passed hors d’oeuvres during the reception, though nothing here is a fixed package. Tell us the shape of the day and we will put the menu together around it.
Cold Buffets
The Charcuterie at $18.99: sliced herb-crusted petite sirloin, orange-glazed pork loin, flame-broiled chicken breasts, grilled vegetable salad, fresh fruits and cheese, deviled eggs, and French bread.
Hot Buffets
Aloha Chicken, Chicken Verona, Herb Roasted Chicken with Shallots, and Beef Medallions. Each is served with a choice of side, tossed salad, fresh rolls, and the dessert of the day.
Hors D'Oeuvres & Display Trays
Passed canapés by the dozen, including Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Mini Crab Cakes Remoulade and Caprese Skewers, plus display options like a Gourmet Cheese Board and a Filled Whole Baked Brie ($49.99, serves 20 to 30).
Italian
Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and a Traditional Baked Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna (half pan $130, full pan $199), served with Caesar or tossed salad and fresh garlic bread.
A Family Business
We also run the venue next door
That Personal Touch Catering and The Franciscan Event Center are the same family, both in Centennial, both going since the early 1980s. That matters on a wedding day for a simple reason: we have spent decades on the other side of this, running the room as well as the kitchen. We know what a timeline does when photographs overrun, how long a buffet line really takes, and where food service tends to collide with the rest of the evening.
If you are still choosing a venue, it is worth a look. If you have already booked elsewhere, that is completely fine. We cater throughout the Denver metro area and deliver to whichever venue you have chosen.
Good to Know
Planning your wedding catering
The practical details couples usually ask about first. Our FAQ covers more, and anything it does not, we are happy to answer on the phone.
Booking timeline
We recommend booking as early as you can. Wedding dates go first, and an early conversation gives us room to shape the menu around your day rather than the other way around.
Dietary requirements
Many items are already marked gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan on our menu. For anything else, tell us and we will work around it. Guests with restrictions should not be eating an afterthought.
Delivery and setup
We deliver and set up throughout Centennial and the greater Denver metro area. A delivery fee applies and depends on the mileage to your venue.
Keeping food hot
Our disposable chafing dish warmer package is $15 per dish and holds hot food at temperature for two to three hours after delivery, which covers most receptions.
What is included
Every order includes plates, utensils, serving ware, and cups for any beverages you buy from us. Most menu items require a minimum of 10 servings per item.
Payment
Payment is due in full on the day of the event. If it is easier to settle in advance, that is fine too.
Next Step
Tell us about your day
The useful starting points are your date, your venue, a rough guest count, and any dietary requirements you already know about. From there we can talk through menus and what makes sense for the number of people you are feeding. Call us on 303-790-0477 or send the details across and we will come back to you.
Also catering a rehearsal dinner, a shower, or the office party that follows? Our corporate and private event catering comes from the same kitchen.
